convenient location wireless chargers helpful staff
the location is wonderful. it's right next to a huge shopping complex and the metro station is just a few steps away, so getting around is easy!!! the room included smart solutions like wireless chargers and a coffee machine. the staff is helpful.
The basic amenities were lacking. I didn't find a lotion.

convenient location friendly staff
i found the location quite practical, particularly for attending events nearby. the hotel also sits conveniently close to a shopping arcade. the staff displayed genuine friendliness, especially during check-in, which i appreciated. my room was spacious, offering ample space to relax after a long day.
i noticed the room cleaning could have been more thorough. the cleaning service knocked early one morning, disruptive. i think providing guests with more control over cleaning schedules would improve the experience.

the room temperature was easily adjustable with an effective a/c system. the beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding and i slept well. tea and coffee facilities were readily available in the room which was helpful.

the breakfast buffet offered a fresh and varied selection. there was a wide variety of options available including many local foods. the hotel bar area provided a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of seating.

i was charmed by the close proximity to public transportation , as the u-bahn station was right next door. the riem arcaden shopping mall provided convenient access to various shops and restaurants. the breakfast had a great variety of choices , i found it delicious.

The metro station is a short walk from the hotel. The U2 line offers direct access to the main station. A large shopping complex next to the hotel provides added convenience. I found several shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
I noticed a lack of basic amenities in my room. I would have liked to see lotion, an iron, and a laundry bag provided.

the location was very convenient near the convention center. a shopping mall nearby provided added value and various dining options. the ubahn access made travel simple. the staff were helpful. i found the room spacious and clean.
the minibar was not very cold.

Finding the place was simple. Staff helped with directions. Our room felt big enough for all of us. The free minibar offered cold drinks after driving. Breakfast included many choices. We slept without problems.
The sound insulation was not sufficient. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
